If an item fails to meet these conditions, Orrenza reserves the right to decline the return.

Please note that exchanges are not accepted. Each purchase is considered final, and replacement orders must be placed separately.

Return Authorization

Before sending any product back, customers must contact our support team via email at contact@orrenza.shop to obtain a Return Authorization. Unauthorized returns, or returns sent without approval, may not be processed or refunded.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us. Please ensure that all details are followed carefully to avoid processing delays.

Return Shipping Responsibility


All return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. Orrenza does not provide prepaid return labels.
Customers are advised to use a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure that the product reaches our facility safely. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Please clearly mark your order number on the outside of the return package to help us identify your return quickly.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned products are thoroughly inspected by our quality control team upon arrival. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in new and resalable condition, free from damage, scratches, or alterations.
